Q.Why doesn't my name doesn't appear in the A-Z listings?
A.This could be for a number of reasons which you can check online once logged in to your account:

* Check to make sure you have filled in your first and last names on your "Edit Profile" page.

* Ensure you have not selected to hide your name from view online - which is done with the tick box to the right of each name (and other details).

* At the top of the "Edit Profile" page there is a drop-down menu which you can use to choose what type of listing you have labelled "Select Your Account Type". Ensure you have chosen to be listed under the appropriate section - Illustrator, Photographer, Design Group, etc.
